These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the application provided by Sling Inc. ("Company"), a corporation registered in the Republic of Korea. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be exclusively settled by courts located in Delaware. Delaware has been chosen due to its favorable legal environment for startups.
The service does not enforce a strict minimum age; however, it is recommended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 should use the service under parental or legal guardian supervision and consent, complying with COPPA guidelines.
The Company collects and stores handwriting data, learning data (such as time spent per question), and user study records for improving service quality and research purposes. The data may also be anonymized and shared with third parties for research, analytics, or commercial purposes. Personal information will be securely masked or anonymized according to applicable privacy laws.
Digital content provided through the service generally does not qualify for refunds once accessed or consumed. For payments processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies prevail. Refunds requested due to technical issues or errors in processing payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
(a) Ownership: The underlying ownership of all content generated or submitted by you (including but not limited to AI-generated content, user questions, answers, and community posts) remains with the Company.
(b) Limited License for Users: Notwithstanding the above, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your submitted content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes within the TestGenie service.
(c) Feedback and Suggestions: Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvements (collectively, “Feedback”) that you provide to the Company are deemed non-confidential and the Company may use such Feedback without any obligation to compensate you. By providing Feedback, you irrevocably grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the Feedback.
