These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quik mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Mise Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Chapter 1 – General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its Members, and the procedures for using the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Terms:
- Service means the Quik mobile application, website, and any features or functions offered therein, including the difficulty-level carousel for memorizing vocabulary through short videos.
- Member means an individual who registers and is approved to use the Service under these Terms.
- Student Member means a Member who holds an account for voluntary study and research purposes.
- Administrator means the Company or any person appointed by the Company to manage and operate the Service.
- Account means the unique combination of letters and/or numbers you select and we approve for your identification.
- Password means the confidential combination of letters, numbers, or symbols you choose to secure your Account.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- We will post these Terms on the Service’s in-app notice board and on our website so that Members can easily access them.
- We may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws (e.g., the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the Communications Decency Act).
- If existing Members do not agree to amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Notices to Members)
- We may notify you of important matters via the email address or push notifications you provided at registration.
